A Board Certified Family Physician, Best Selling Author, Speaker, and Certified Executive Coach who brings over 20 years of experience. After a successful career practicing medicine and serving as a healthcare leader in hospital administration, academia, public health, and the insurance industry, she utilized her unique, diverse background and certification as an executive coach to establish The Institute for Corporate Coaching LLC.
As the Founder and Director of Education, Dr. Lisa recognized a critical need for certified coaches who are trained to guide leaders through their challenges and growth. The mission is to empower individuals like you to help others become resilient, effective leaders. The school offers training that equips healthcare and corporate professionals with the tools to coach others, harnessing the power of emotional intelligence and leadership development.
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Dr. Lisa has coached and trained thousands of physicians, clinicians and corporate clients.
