Common Questions
Yes. The Coaching Intensive Weekend is a required prerequisite for the full certification program. It ensures every participant enters the 3-month program with the same foundational knowledge and coaching vocabulary. Both August and September Intensive graduates join the same October cohort.
Absolutely! We are offering two Intensive weekends โ August 7โ9 and September 18โ20 โ so you can choose whichever works best for your schedule. Both cohorts will join together for the 3-month certification program beginning October 12.
Yes! Our full Corporate Coach Certification Program has earned Level 1 Accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Graduates are eligible to apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential upon completion of all requirements.
To apply for the ICF ACC credential, candidates need a minimum of 60 hours of coach-specific training (which our program provides), at least 100 hours of client coaching experience, and completion of ICF's credentialing assessment. Our program gives you the education hours and skills to meet those requirements.
Yes! Both the Intensive Weekend and the 3-month program are delivered completely virtually, so you can participate from anywhere in the world without travel.
That's completely fine. You can register for the Intensive only (,497) and decide whether to continue to the full certification later. When you're ready, contact us to discuss enrollment in a future cohort.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you receive a full refund minus a $200 non-refundable enrollment fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds once the event has begun. Seat transfers to a future cohort are available for a $200 transfer fee within one year.
We accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal. A payment plan over 60 days is available for both the Intensive and the full certification bundle.
