The Corporate Coach Intensive Program (16 HOURS)
The course is a two-day virtual intensive designed to provide a deep dive into the world of corporate coaching. This format allows you to quickly apply what you've learned in a real-world setting. This is then followed by a 3-month-long educational process to prepare you to become a certified corporate coach.

The Corporate Executive Accelerator Coaching Program (44 HOURS)
This comprehensive 3-month program equips professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to become highly effective corporate coaches, capable of guiding and empowering corporate leaders to excel in their roles and includes 10 hours of mentor coaching.
- Delivery: The weekend intensive is a prerequisite to enrolling in the full certification. The sessions are offered in a virtual format and offered in the Fall and Spring of each year.
- Who should apply: Physicians, Corporate, and Healthcare professionals
- Business Development: Participants will receive Business Development training on how to build a successful corporate coaching business. We will provide resources on finding your niche, corporate contracts, proposals, and how to communicate with corporate decision makers.
The Healthcare Executive Coaching Program
This program is for organizations looking to train clinical leaders to use coaching skills to lead their teams.
Our program guides healthcare leaders in fostering a culture of excellence, supporting their colleagues, improving patient satisfaction, and achieving organizational success within the healthcare sector.
- Delivery: This 3-month program has an in-person and virtual component. An in person 2-day introduction to coaching is then followed by a virtual platform in the Fall and Spring of each year.
- Who should apply: Healthcare professionals.
- Leadership Development: Participants will receive Leadership Development and coach training on how to utilize coaching skills inside of their organizations to create healthy, sustainable health systems, improve the patient experience and support their team members.
The Coaching Leader Intensive
